Training & Development/HR Professional

Freshway Foods of Sidney, Ohio, one of the largest regional fresh-cut processing companies in the United States is currently seeking a motivated Training & Development/HR Professional.

This position reporting directly to the Director of HR will be responsible for implementing a customized training program for the management team. Other training responsibilities will include partnering with operations to ensure that new associates receive a comprehension introduction to the company and proper training and leading associate continuous improvement teams.

Additional responsibilities will include supporting the day-to-day human resources needs within the company. Provide HR Generalist support with a strong focus on associate resolution, communication, and policy compliance.

Qualifications

Four-year degree in related field and or equivalent experience
3 to 5 years experience in manufacturing environment
Effective oral & written skills
Bilingual
