Freshway Foods gives away iPad at the Fresh Perspective: Women's Networking Event

Freshway Foods was proud to sponsor the 2nd annual Fresh Perspective: Women’s Networking Event held in conjunction with PMA Foodservice Conference & Expo in Monterey, California. The goal of this event is to help develop the skills of new and existing employees within the produce industry by providing an opportunity for industry leaders and newcomers to come together to learn, network, and be inspired. More than 100 attendees enjoyed the event.

Freshway Foods also sponsored a raffle for a 16GB plus WiFi and 3G iPad. Cheyenne Barcelona of FoodSource was the lucky winner.

In addition, attendees donated 945 pairs of shoes to Soles4Souls, a charity that distributes shoes free of charge to people in need all over the world.
