Our strict food safety standards and quality control specifications begin in the field and are maintained through delivery of the final product. All of our growers and suppliers must pass and maintain strict GAP and GMP standards before we will do business with them.
Freshway Foods’ is committed to keeping our operations completely HACCP compliant. We can ensure complete product traceability all the way back to the field. We also exceed the minimum standards with over 30 audits per year conducted on our facilities and growers from firms like Cook and Thurber, Primus, as well as many of our customers’ own quality assurance teams.
Freshway Foods owns our own fleet of trucks, ensuring we are always in control of the product cold chain from packing to shipping.
