100% USABLE PRODUCT
When you purchase a case of pre-cut produce, you know exactly what your yield will be for that case. If you purchase a case of iceberg head lettuce, your yield can vary from case to case, directly affecting your food cost. The pre-cut product provides a predictable number of proportions per bag with little variance on a year round basis allowing you to plan and price your items consistently and effectively without worrying about increasing your food cost.

 


CONSISTENT QUALITY
Increased product uniformity and consistency is there because it does not allow for human error or depend upon the person cutting the product on that particular day. And product uniformity is ideal for food service and operations that mandate uniform plate presentation and recipe consistency. Due to the packaging of the product, there is also an increase in the shelf life of the product. Products have a shelf life of 10-14 days when stored at proper temperature of 34°F which means fewer deliveries.
