Freshway Foods recently hosted a meeting of the Tri-County Food Manufacturers’ Council at the company’s facility at 601 N. Stolle Avenue in Sidney. Representatives from ConAgra Foods, Agrana Fruit US, Mama Rosa’s Pizza, Dannon, Aunt Millies Bakeries and the Sidney-Shelby County Chamber of Commerce were present.
“The Tri-County Food Manufacturer’s Council serves an important role for area food manufacturers,” says Devon Beer, President and COO of Freshway Foods. “The opportunity to get together as a group and share best practices helps us all to be more successful,” Beer adds.
The meeting included a tour of Freshway’s facility, a discussion period, and an opportunity to taste several of Freshway’s new salads.
