Appreciation Luncheons
At Freshway Foods we like to show our associates how much we appreciate their hard work. Once a month, Freshway hosts an appreciation luncheon where lunch is provided to all employees. On occasion, Freshway t-shirts, sweatshirts or backpacks are given to our associates in order to give back to our associates.
Our associates also have access to complimentary fresh produce on a regular basis.
Associate Recognition
At Freshway, our quality associates are key to our success. We recognize our associates for reaching five year milestones with the company. Associates who reach the milestone of 20 years with the company are inducted into our 20 Year Service Club, which currently has 9 members. Two of our associates have reached the 25-year milestone as well.
We also reward our associates who achieve perfect attendance, and we reward our truck drivers for safe driving miles.
Company Picnic
We hold an annual company picnic for our associates and their families. It is a day of food, fun, and fellowship, and our associates look forward to the picnic every year.
